If you need a higher level of identity assurance, the user goes to the nearest Freja eID agent to show his or her ID. If some of your users are already in the Freja eID ecosystem, they will, of course, not need to register again.

There are different levels of identity assurance and your needs dictate what level you want to use. To achieve LOA3, users must undergo an identity assurance showing an ID, according to a certified process.
This upgrades the user to Freja eID+, an eID approved by the Swedish E-identification Board for the quality mark Svensk e-legitimation.
