Youth in the Stockholm region can chat and have video meetings for all their health concerns through the Alltid Öppet mobile app. You can even chat with a midwife to get advice concerning contraception. Log in to Alltid Öppet easily with Freja eID+.
These meetings are free for all between the ages of 12 and 23, and you can attend them or ask for help/advice without your parents’ knowledge. You can get support for many different things such as:
- Mental health
- Questions regarding your body
- Sex and relationships
- Issues around puberty
To log in to Alltid Öppet you need Freja eID+ which you can get without your parents’ knowledge.
Through the chat you may ask questions and get advice around contraception. There are also curators that respond to questions in chat via Stockholm youth clinics. The chat is asynchronous – this means that you can ask a question and get a response to it within the next 24 hours.
Common things that young people have questions about are: anxiety, unrest, performance, relationships, using contraceptives, missed pills, questions about menstruation and bleeding.
