No Passport – No Problem
Until recently, citizens of EU/EEA countries could only register with their country’s biometric passport.
You can now also use your ID card to complete your registration in Freja.
This only includes EU/EEA citizens. If you are from a third country, you must use your biometric passport to register.
Registering with a Driving Licence
We cannot accept driving licences from EU/EEA countries yet.
