Citizens of your country may not have Freja+ yet. Currently, only citizens of EU/EEA countries with a coordination number that is verified at the Swedish Tax Agency may get Freja+.
This is not our decision as the issuance of Freja+ is regulated by Swedish government agencies.
Do you already have a Swedish personnumer?
In that case you can get Freja+ if you delete your account and register again with a valid Swedish ID document e.g. the Swedish Tax Agency ID card.
