Parents or guardians can read children’s medical records and handle other healthcare matters until their children turn 13. When the child has reached the age of 13, he or she can do this themselves on 1177.se Vårdguiden’s e-services, by logging on securely with Freja eID+.
Children over the age of 13 can use 1177.se to get in touch with a youth clinic, book an appointment, ask for a new prescription, order a chlamydia test, or read their healthcare file.
