If you are a foreign citizen, you may get Freja+ in the following ways:

  1. Your biometric ID (passport or national ID card with an embedded NFC chip) + a verified coordination no. issued by the Swedish Tax Authority
  2. A Swedish ID document + a Swedish personnummer
It is not possible to get Freja+ with the following combination: foreign passport + Swedish personnummer.

Biometric ID + Coordination no.

In the first case, you need to add your biometric ID to Freja, and then enter your coordination no. You cannot use your Swedish personnummer in this case.

Swedish ID document + Swedish personnummer

In the second case, you must use a Swedish ID document – we recommend the Swedish Agency Tax ID card as it’s the easiest one for foreigners to get.

This also means deleting your Freja account if you registered with a foreign passport and then registering again with your Swedish ID document and personnummer.
