During December 2025, we will update the appearance of the login window for Freja in the services connected via Sweden Connect. The purpose is to increase accessibility and improve the user experience.
Logging in with Freja may look slightly different depending on which e-service you are accessing. Some services have their own design, while others use a shared login page — in this case Sweden Connect, which is a login service operated by Digg – Myndigheten för digital förvaltning.
Here are some examples of e-services that use this login service:
- Pensionsmyndigheten
- Polisen
- E-hälsomyndigheten
- Centrala studiestödsnämnden (CSN)
- Bolagsverket / Verksamt.se
- Antagning.se
In the image above, you can see what the new login page will look like. We have improved several features in the new version:
- Added graphics showing how much time is remaining
- Dynamic QR-code
- Ability to renew the QR code multiple times to get more time
- Ability to open the QR code in a separate window
- Clearer information on how to complete the login
- Improved features for screen readers
The login page will continue to be available in both Swedish and English, with the option to choose your preferred language.
If you have any questions about the new login page, you are welcome to contact us at info@frejaeid.com.
