A legal guardian or trustee may, within the scope of their assignment, request information about or influence how the person they are representing use Freja.
In order for us to process any case, you need to send the following information to partnersupport@frejaeid.com
- A current register extract confirming your assignment as a legal guardian or trustee to the user;
- The user’s Swedish personal identity number;
- A clear description of what you would like us to help you with, for example:
- Checking whether the user has a Freja account,
- Blocking a Freja account, or
- Lifting a previous block
Requests You Can Make as a Legal Guardian/Trustee
1. Requesting Information About a User’s Freja Account
You can check whether or not the person you are representing has a Freja account or not.
2. Blocking a User’s Freja Account
If you determine that the user should not be able to use Freja, you can request that the account be blocked.
A block means that:
- An existing Freja account can no longer be used, and
- The user cannot register a new Freja account for as long as the block remains in place.
3. Lifting a Previous Block
If a block has previously been placed, for example by a previous legal guardian, the new legal guardian may request that the block be lifted.
