Where Can I Use Freja eID+?
More and more public and government services are connecting with Freja.
Skatteverket, Pensionsmyndigheten, 1177.se, Arbetsförmedlingen, just to name a few, have all integrated with Freja.
If you would like to log in to a particular public service but they haven’t implemented Freja let us know, and more importantly, let them know so that they integrate with us faster!
What is Freja eID+ and How Do I Get It?
Freja eID+ is the highest level of security offered in Freja and is regulated by Swedish law.
In order to get it, you only need to have a quick physical meeting with one of our agents. A list of available agents can be found in the Freja app.
Why does Freja need to check my identity again for Freja eID+?
Our thorough security check of your identity takes place when you add your ID document and photo to Freja.
The physical meeting required for Freja eID+ is a regulatory requirement according to Swedish law. Our agent is simply there to establish a connection between you and your e-ID in the physical world.
Does Freja eID+ cost anything?
No, it’s completely free to use.
Who can get Freja eID+?
While most people in Sweden can get an e-ID, there are still those who have difficulties including people:
- with protected identities;
- with a coordination number instead of a regular personnummer;
- Swedes living abroad
