Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, we are expecting many Ukrainians to seek refuge in Sweden. Therefore, we have made it possible to register Freja with the Ukrainian passport.
This will allow the newly arrived Ukrainians to be able to access at least some e-services during their stay in Sweden, as well as to prove their identity with a government-approved mobile e-ID.
How to Register Freja
Registration in Freja is quick, easy and completely digital meaning that it can be done over the phone. Essentially, we need to verify a user’s identity via their ID document (passport in this case) and photo.
After our security team performs the security check, Freja can be used for login and as a physical ID.

Spread the Word
If you are aware of people and/or organisations that are helping Ukrainian refugees coming in to Sweden, it would be of immense help to them to get Freja as it is the only e-ID that they will be able to register.
