The digital ID card in Freja is now accepted as an ID when picking up packages from Schenker. All you need is your phone!

We use the data you add to Freja to generate your digital ID card, so to be able to identify in this way, you must add your ID document and photo to Freja. After we verify your identity, we will let you know, and you’re set!

How to Identify Yourself with Freja

When you are picking up your package from Schenker and need to prove your identity just:

  1. Open your ID card in Freja
  2. Show it to the Schenker agent
  3. Let them scan the QR code

That’s it! Your digital ID card contains security features that you can activate to prove that it’s authentic such as animations and sound.
